Franch, Jarashow, Burgmeier & Smith, P.A., was founded by
William A. Franch in 1971. At that time, he had practiced law in
Annapolis for ten years.
Ronald H. Jarashow joined the growing firm in 1976 after a law
clerkship with the Chief Judge of one of the Maryland appeals courts.
Besides our main office in the state capital, the firm has always
maintained offices in Baltimore and in Washington, D.C. In order to
best serve our clients' interests, we have handled legal matters in all
parts of the Maryland region, in other states, and, sometimes, in other
countries, on issues large and small.
As our work has increased, Franch, Jarashow, Burgmeier &
Smith, P.A. has expanded to include many attorneys and a complement of
legal assistants, law clerks, and support staff. To economize and
keep legal fees for clients under control, we have continued to increase
the firm's efficiency. The varying experience of our firm members
permits us to match your needs with the appropriate person who can
efficiently and economically address your legal problem.
