We have assisted insurers in interpreting insurance policies or
coverage questions that arise. These opinions or disputes have
sometimes been the subject of litigation in Declaratory Judgment actions
or interventions in litigation on behalf of the insurer or the company's
insured. These cases usually are resolved in the appellate courts since
the dispute invariably raises an unresolved legal question.
Our experience in the appellate courts has been continuous,
representing either an appellee or appellant in a number of appeals
every year.
